Once upon a time there was a young girl named Vivian. She grew up in the Northern kingdoms with her musical parents and brother. From the age of three she began playing the piano. Of course her mom was a piano teacher and her dad was a piano tuner, so how much of a chance did she have?

In due time, she met a handsome prince named Barry. They fell instantly in love. Well actually, SHE fell instantly in love, and he took another 7 years to figure it out, but eventually they were married and lived happily ever after.

Oh wait, there’s more to the story isn’t there?

Soon children began to arrive. As the children grew, the couple decided to homeschool them, a very treacherous journey filled with adventures of all kinds. Some adventures were scary and some were delightful, but all were interesting!

During the years of their homeschooling adventures, Vivian began to ponder how to reconcile her love for the arts with her love for God and prayed diligently for an answer. Then one day on a field trip to a far away land known as the Agrirama, Vivian had a great idea. “Why not create a fine arts school for homeschooled students?” she thought. Soon she began The Master’s Academy of Fine Arts and 115 precious princes and princesses arrived that first year.

Fairy Tale Castle

Shortly thereafter, people in other realms wanted a Master’s Academy as well. Before long, she had started 35 different locations throughout the kingdom of America.

After 20 years had passed, Vivian looked around and realized that life had changed with the invention of the computer, and the internet, and homeschooling was not like it had been when The Master’s Academy began.

So one day, while sleeping on her couch, Vivian had another idea. “What would The Master’s Academy look like if we made it a virtual kingdom?” she wondered.

The result of that question is what she is building here on a daily basis. We hope you will continue this story with us as we grow and live happily ever after in the magical kingdom of the arts.
